Profile: Farooq Alam did his post-graduation in Electrical Engineering specialization control theory from the NUST-PNEC, Karachi. He has more than 4 years of research experience in the field of linear/ nonlinear control systems, sensor-less machine drives and control systems implementation using the FPGAs. He is an active member of IEEE Control and Power system societies and invited several renowned conferences as a guest speaker as well as an evaluator. He joined KIET as Lecturer and have 5 years of academic teaching experience. He has 4 IEEE conference research publications and a paper in the ISI indexed journal.

With a strong background in photovoltaics, Dr. Shah is dedicated to advancing research and innovation in sustainable energy solutions. Before joining KIET as an Assistant Professor in the Avionics Department, he served at the Sindh Institute of Management and Technology (SIMT), contributing significantly to research initiatives and academic development.
